Rows 2-4: Ch 7, turn, tr in next tr, ch 3, *sk next ch-3 sp, tr in next tr, ch 3; rep from * across, tr in 4th ch of turning ch.
Do not fasten off.
First Ruffle
Row 5 (RS): Ch 4, turn, 3 tr in first ch-3 sp, *4 tr in next ch-3 sp; rep from * across to last ch-sp, 3 tr in last ch-sp, tr in 4th ch of turning ch.
