Repeat Rows 1-12 until the scarf is as long as you like it or until you are almost out of yarn.
Work a picot bind off as follows
Knit 1 row.
BO 1(2) sts, *transfer the st from the RH ndl to the LH ndl, CO 2 sts using a knitted cast-on, BO 4(5) sts; repeat from * to end of row, ending with BO 3(4) sts.
Release the sts from the provisional cast on and repeat the picot bind off for the other end of the scarf by using the yarn tail from the cast on.
Finishing
Weave in yarn ends. Soak scarf in cool water until thoroughly wet. Gently squeeze out the excess water. Place the scarf between two towels and press out more water. Block by pinning the damp scarf on a flat surface, pulling out the points at the sides. Remove pins when completely dry.
